These are a couple of bigger and smaller projects I’m proud off. It’s not my resume. You can find that on my linkedin page. It’s not always easy to visualise ‘achievements’ or ‘results’ onto a webpage, so please bear with me.

aNewSpring - Marketing Manager

Fast growing SaaS company aNewSpring has all the online training software for effective learning journeys. Full of innovative features, training tools and even an ai based memotrainer to help people remember better. I assisted the c-level to build a comprehensive marketing strategy for the coming years. And I took the lead as marketing manager to put the strategy into practice.

HalloStroom - Growth Marketing

Fast growing scale-up HalloStroom is one of the hottest providers of solar energy in the Netherlands. I helped grow the customer base through agressive growth marketing. I focussed on digital advertising and building the brand. Fast pace, fail fast, high energy & large budgets. Duration 1,5 year.

MomoYoga SaaS - Growth strategy

This SaaS company looks sweet & balanced enough, but is buzzing with ambition to become the default manamagent sofware for Yoga studios around the globe. I helped a little to implement growth tactics and shift strategy. This assignment is still underway, so expect some bigger things to come.

GOOSE VPN - Head of growth

Interim head of growth for Dutch Internet Security Provider GOOSE VPN. Responsible for growing user base trought Growth hacking , restructuring and rebuilding the team and repositioning the brand.

Brand consultancy- PinkCube.nl

This was a fun project. Fast growing Scale -up Pinkcube asked me to help rebrand their company. So we set out to work, doing interviews, workshops and a lot of creative thinking. The result: a fresh new brand identity, a new pay off, and a way forward for the coming years. I partnered with Bureau Loos for graphic design for this one.

IPG Mediabrands - Media strategy & Pitch

I love doing big pitches. I work well in high energy, high paced environments with a tight deadline. I helped the media-agencies of IPG mediabrands to build a couple of succesfull digital media strategies for pitches. 2 out of 3 were succesfull and were rewarded the multi year multiple million media-contract. Kind off a big deal I thought.

Coolblue - Marketing

Working for Coolblue means working in a high paced growth machine. We did a lot of great stuff during my tenure there. One project stands out; the introduction of Coolblue in the nation’s capital Amsterdam. A big new store needs a big introduction. So we did. We hi-jacked a coffee stand in the middle of the train square and replaced it with a gaint Coolblue box. I’d never done that before. And It did the job. We combined it with a lot of local attention, riding around with bikes and giving away goodies on the spot. The result; A lot of attention and a big fight with the local municipally. :-) It was worth it though.

Sustainability festival -Marketing

We’re the first generation to feel the devastating results of climate change. And the last generation that can stop it. We did our part by organising a sustainabiliy festival “DusWatGaanWijDoen”. I chipped in and did the marketing & social . It sold out within weeks and was a huge succes.

ScentAir - Investing & Marketing

One of my favourites. I partnered with a couple of friends to grow their new start-up in scentmarketing. I did my first seed investments, and I did the marketing, while they focussed on sales and finance. We grew it to a decent size in 4 years and sold it for a nice profit. Nice rollercoaster!
